Woke up at 730, skipped abs workout and bath and eat. Work until 6.30pm. Then took a break, played some diablo and slept. Been skipping journal lately need to get back to it. Also bad habit creeping back.

Did some abs workout after long day then played some d3. Slept late a hit, close to 12am, because accidentally slept in the evening, that’s bad habit.

Had a difficult time falling asleep.

Woke up at 730, abs workout and bath and eat. Work until 6.30pm. Then took a break, played some diablo and slept. Been skipping journal lately need to get back to it. Also bad habit creeping back.

18.03.2020, home early

Wake at 7.30am, abs workout, bath then eat. Start work at 8.45am.

It’s 2.00pm now, break another 10min then back to work.

Today must do the evening abs workout. Don’t care. Then play a bit of diablo to get the powers, then wrap up. Do some meditation later. Try following the book.

Record a technical video.

OK ended up didn’t do abs. Played diablo, got 4piece set. Did the thingy again… Hmm. Checked a bit more work at night. Habits breaking dammit. Slept at 12am.

Wake at 7.30, abs workout bath and then eat some granola. Start work around 8.45pm.

Read a bunch of news, didn’t update journal.

Finished work at 6 30pm. Played some diablo until 8pm. Did some bad habit thingy. Eat some pizza. Worked on the eboost ticket. Then slept at 11.30pm

16.03.2020, home early,

Woke up, did abs exercise and bath, ate breakfast. Did a 30min meditation, then begin work.

Later night played some diablo and slept at 11.30pm. I meditated before slept.

Home routine is really screwing up the daily journal.

15.03.2020, home, 9.30am

Woke up late ate some cereals. Went down and get a clinic check. Got the all clear for now. Bought porridge and pizza. Got some naps after that.

Came back, played some diablo. Meditated 30min. Then went out with mom to get some supplies. Surfed some vacation spot and slept at 11.30pm. Rolled in bed a little as a bit tough to sleep.

Missed exercise for today.

14.03.2020, home, early

Woke up at 6.00am. Abs workout then bath and breakfast. Go out and hike Sri Bintang.

Came back, bath then went to Ideal Optique with grab. Yup it’s the same place many years back. Got a nice pair of glasses specially made for close range usage let’s see how it goes.

And chat with a really nice senior uncle driving grab, he’s still a newbie learning the tricks and trying to do good in a mess up world. Gave a him 5 buck tips, hope he’s fine.

Had a chicken rice lunch, went back to the shop and chat with the lady, helped me with some direction to the other grab driver. Went back. Took a nap. Played some diablo.

Did the thingy twice. OK… No more. Once a day is sufficient. Need to resist addiction. Watched a bit of mm config. But overall nothing productive done. Slept at 11.30pm a bit late due to bad habits.

13.03.2020, home, early

Woke at 7.20am, did the usual abs workout and bath. Eating now. Will meditate a bit before work.

Energy level a bit low today.

Rested a bit more than usual. Went to Gary place and return the machine then hangout a bit. Gonna sleep late, its 1.00am now.

12.03.2020, 7.40am, home

Woke up really tired, piss looks dehydrated. Probably didn’t eat and drink much. Anyway, it’s time to work from home. Same dedication as usual.

Start with the item checked by machiko, then moved on to marjun items and confirm with Edwin if I should.

Checked machiko item, send to user to confirm. Its 11.10am now. Rest 5min then continue.

Bu nurul.issue closed yesss. The chg 37051 also on UAT now.

Skype call cancelled by bu selvie.

Manage to write to machiko again, gotta get this fixed.

Got reply from chuah, yesss. OK alternative solution through fi posting.

After work, head straight to desa park mcd. Celebrated with Jackson, took lebat mask and listened to Jason go on a rant.

Went home checkout kingdom and slept.

11.03.2020, home early

Wake up at 7am as usual. Do the abs workout. Headout before 8am. Did all this, reached office by 8.45am.

Got some minor flu coming on, wearing mask. Try to complete the task for the 37051. Get the testing out.

It’s 11.25am now. Also understood that special staging programs need the new and original version to run until user confirmed the performance and results.

Finished typing the Sit document at 12.30pm. Now I’m outside with the gang eating at this railway restaurants serving nasi lemak. It’s 12.50pm now.

Change the status to UAT, then you can inform lily the updates for 37051.

Updated 37051 and sent to Edwin for validate. The other ticket done by marjun, so test it out and fill the Sit form. Then check with woan.

Also one last look at the aging report then ask for updates.

Long day ended with wee boon telling me to self quarantine. Going home and slept really early… Woke at 2 and sleep again.
