Woke up at 730, skipped abs workout and bath and eat. Work until 6.30pm. Then took a break, played some diablo and slept. Been skipping journal lately need to get back to it. Also bad habit creeping back.
Did some abs workout after long day then played some d3. Slept late a hit, close to 12am, because accidentally slept in the evening, that’s bad habit.
Had a difficult time falling asleep.
