Wake at 7.30am, abs workout, bath then eat. Start work at 8.45am.

It’s 2.00pm now, break another 10min then back to work.

Today must do the evening abs workout. Don’t care. Then play a bit of diablo to get the powers, then wrap up. Do some meditation later. Try following the book.

OK ended up didn’t do abs. Played diablo, got 4piece set. Did the thingy again… Hmm. Checked a bit more work at night. Habits breaking dammit. Slept at 12am.
