I want to be a person people. People is my business.

All the years working, I realise that there are many great sap people, but not many who are great with people and sufficiently good with sap. I want to fill this position.

I want to be in a place where I spend more time planning what to say and to communicate with people.

On negotiating, you can do it with people, can’t do it with system.

So just a recap, my mindset is that I need to practice and demonstrate skills that require clear communication and every single thing is a negotiation.
