Woke at 7.00 then hit the snooze, somehow it doesn’t ring again in 10min or I overslept. Did some abs workout but heart rate is low, is it due to the extra action? Not if tomorrow resume normal then it most probably is.
Finish eating at 8.16, will put stuff away and go out. Eta reach 8.45am.
Wake at 7, no excuse, abs workout as usual. Move out to Sri Bintang at around 8.30. Did the usual, arms workout then shoot a journal video talking about routines and how important is it. Then decided to go the extra mile and shot a documentary on the development on the hill base. Drove back home around 10.20. Went out at 1040. Now at 1u, 11.08am.
At peranakan, ate the nyonya set, the otak otak and coffee. Uploaded the video and asked for feedback, left it to rony if he wants to put it out or not.
Lepak with those guys. Hear some stories. Watch at 2.30pm. Prob finish at 4pm. Get some shirts and pants. Or ask them go to the mall walk walk. Need minimum 1 more pants and 2 more shirts.
Sonic is surprisingly good, fun family friendly show. My childhood is not destroyed.
